We are proud to offer high quality printed apparel, but mistakes can happen! Your satisfaction means everything to us.
Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order within 15 days of delivery so that we can act to promptly resolve the problem.
If your apparel is misprinted, flawed, or damaged in any way, we will offer you a reprint or a full refund with no hassles. Please email us with: your order number, contact information and be sure to include pictures of the misprint(s), flaws and/or defects.
As is typical with personalized products, we can’t accept returns, however if there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction.
